What This Website Is

This is a private reference site. It does not store official jail rosters, court files, sheriff reports, or Oregon DOC records, and it cannot confirm custody status, release a person, accept filings, or act for a government office.

Its purpose is to point visitors toward Morrow County inmate and jail-record resources, including the Umatilla County Correctional Facility, Morrow County Sheriff's Office Records Unit, Oregon court resources, and selected third-party research tools.

Allowed Use

• Do not use the site in a way that violates federal, Oregon, or local law.
• Do not use information from the site to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
• Do not rely on site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or similar screening decisions.
• Do not try to access systems, files, or data without permission.

No Consumer Reporting Use

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide consumer reports, credit reports, employment background checks, tenant reports, or screening services. You agree not to use any information found here or through linked tools for:
